Operator, not marketplace
Every guide, driver and host we work with is on a direct contract with us. If something goes wrong on your trip, there is no third party to call — it is us, on the phone, within the hour.

The atelier
We're an Essaouira-based travel atelier that designs and operates every trip itself — no marketplaces, no resellers. A small team on the ground, one phone number, and a list of returning travellers who keep coming back for the wind.

The office
Our story · in plain language
Operate the trip ourselves rather than resell other people's. Walk every riad the night before you arrive, know the fishmongers on the quay by name, hire guides and skippers we grew up with, write every itinerary by hand — then charge a transparent fee on top of the real cost.
We stay deliberately small. We take a limited number of private tours a year, many of them returning families and friends-of-friends. We are slow to scale and fast to answer the phone.
"If we wouldn't send our own mother to that riad — or eat that fish off that grill ourselves — it doesn't go in your itinerary. That's the whole standard."
What we believe
These aren't marketing lines. They are the four arguments we have had repeatedly inside the atelier — and the answers we have settled on, after years on the ground.
Every guide, driver and host we work with is on a direct contract with us. If something goes wrong on your trip, there is no third party to call — it is us, on the phone, within the hour.
The same person who answers your first message writes your itinerary and answers the phone on the trip. You do not pass through a call centre at any point.
Local hosts, fair driver day-rates, plastic-free beach days and respect for the port's working rhythm. We pay every supplier within days of invoice — not the months the industry normalises.
Real ground costs plus a transparent atelier fee, itemised in every quote. No hidden margins, no commissioned upsells, no dynamic pricing surprises.
Years on the ground
Founded beside the Skala ramparts by a small team from a previous life in hospitality. The idea: operate every trip ourselves rather than resell other people's.
We stop subcontracting cars and bring career drivers onto the team directly, so the person who meets you works for us — not a marketplace.
When borders closed, we kept our team together, wrote guides nobody read, and built the operations playbook we use now.
After years of requests, we work with surf and kite instructors at Sidi Kaouki and skippered boats out of the port — run directly, like everything else.
We stay deliberately small. Slow to scale, fast to answer the phone.
The direct difference
Online marketplaces are useful for browsing. We are useful for travelling. Here is the difference, in plain terms — because you deserve to know before you book.

The eight of us
Two designers, six drivers — and a roster of guides, pilots, hosts and craftspeople on long-term retainer. The atelier deliberately doesn't grow past what we can hold in one WhatsApp thread.

Career chauffeurs on our own payroll, not subcontracted.

Thuya woodworkers, argan co-ops and Gnaoua musicians on retainer.

Surf and kite instructors and skippers at Sidi Kaouki and the port.
Begin a conversation
A few lines about who you are, when you'd like to come, and what excites you — that is genuinely enough for us to write back with route options and a real, itemised quote within one working day.
